Bill Fanning is the owner of Fanning Law PLLC.  His practice specializes in water rights and related property matters including water right adjudication cases, permits and changes of use, water right due diligence for real estate transactions, agricultural law, and mediation.  The firm represent a range of clients including agricultural operators and landowners, water users associations, and irrigation districts.  Bill served as a Water Master with the Montana Water Court conducting hearings and settlement processes in Montana's general stream adjudicationAt the Water Court, Bill gained practical experience by adjudicating water rights, mediating complex cases, and assisting the local District Courts in water distribution disputes.
